Now in its third year, the Jimmy LaFave Songwriting Contest is open to unsigned and emerging Oklahoma songwriters. The contest is free with a grand prize of $500 and the chance to join the lineup of Bob Childers Gypsy Café, Oklahoma’s largest songwriter festival, on April 29, 2020. She is also the creator of music community, Music Biz Besties, and teaches digital music marketing as an adjunct professor at ETSU.
